PAYMENT REMINDER

Dear Student,

Please note that we are strictly monitoring the payment of semester fees and regret to inform you that Moodle Access of the students who are having outstanding in Session 1 2018 will be suspended at 11.59 pm on Monday the 23rd April 2018, if no arrangements are made to clear the outstanding or make a commitment to the Finance Team on your payment plan.

  • If you have paid only part of your Semester fees, please discuss about your payment plan with Finance Team immediately.
  • If you are a sponsored student, we still advise you to visit the Finance Team and ascertain your situation.
  • If you/your parents have singed a DPA (Differed Payment Agreement) with us and missed any payments please regularize your DPA by paying the arrears.
If you do not comply with this immediately, we would be compelled to suspend your access to MOODLE which may results in losing the work you have already submitted. If no actions taken within a reasonable period, this may lead to cancellation of your student enrollment for this Semester without any entitlement to the fees you have already paid.

Hence, you are hereby advised to meet Mr Raphael Wosae @ Finance Team and discuss about your circumstances.

If you have paid the full semester/ annual fees please disregard this message.
