Collection of your Personal Information
IBS
collects personal information such as your name, address, email, and contact
details. The information about your
computer including hardware and software is automatically collected. This
information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access
times, and referring Web site addresses. The login date and time, time of viewing
and posting of content, and activity either viewing and posting are recorded. The
associated marks and feedback assigned to your relevant course assessment
submission are stored as your personal information.
Use of your Personal
Information
IBS uses your personal
information to operate the IBS Moodle and deliver the services you have requested.
This information remains confidential and only shared with you and authorized
personnel of IBS. The personal information and other relevant data you entered,
your login date and time, the Moodle activities you performed either viewing or
posting and the marks and feedback provided by a lecturer in IBS Moodle are used
to keep track of your course progression and for calculation of your final
mark. Moreover, they are used to provide the service you requested, to maintain
quality of the service, and to assist you in your course progression towards
course completion.
Violation of PNG Copyright and
Neighbouring Rights Act 2000 or International copyright law is punishable. The
files you upload to IBS Moodle remains your responsibility to ascertain whether they comply
to these laws.
